GARBAGE! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! I bought it to remind my son to go to the bathroom. He goes to kindergarten and has accidents every day. The clock worked well for about 2 months. Then the alarm stopped working. He wanted both the sound and the vibration that this product offers. I contacted the seller and he advised me to go to a jeweler to have the battery replaced. The manufacturer also advises on its website (Vibralite) and in its literature to go to a jeweler to have the battery replaced - and strongly advises against replacing it yourself. So I spent money on it, but it didn't solve the problem. I then contacted the manufacturer Circa Tempus. Circa Tempus' 'Jason' said he was the 'manager' and 'ruled the ball' and offered to help me in any way he could. After wasting time trying to fix the problem over the phone to no avail, he PROMISES to repair this watch or replace it with free shipping to me if I send it to his repair department.
