I'm 150 lbs, 5ft 5", 34 DD chest, weightlifter with 37" hips, and I ordered a large. The jacket fits well on my torso, but as a plus size woman, it's a bit tight on my shoulders and arms, and if you have wide hips, it gets tight at the bottom. I like the pockets although they are huge and fit my entire arm and galaxy phone. The chest pocket is fake, it's just a zipper for style. The hood closure is rather flimsy, but deep and fits well. As for the warmth, I live in Florida and it's 50 degrees outside and the jacket worked great as a windbreaker and kept me warm. If I could redo it I could order an XL but honestly I blame my shoulders not this jacket lol if you want your jackets to be loose fitting order 1-2 sizes bigger. I'm usually a medium in leather jackets
