Working wireless headphones but with a few flaws

I've tested several different wireless headphones so I have a good basis to compare. I have a pair of wired Bluetooth headphones that I really like and was looking for a suitable wireless pair to replace them. One of the best features of these headphones are the ear hooks. For people like me, that's really, really important. I find hookless earplugs almost unbearable as they keep slipping out of my ears. I have small ear canals so I need earhooks to wear my headphones properly. It's nice to be able to exercise without having to constantly fiddle with the headphones to put them back in place. I also like the three piece construction of these headphones. On the outside of the ear is the main part that connects to the ear hooks, the middle part of the "bulb" that rests in the ear, and then the tip that presses on the ear canal. The "bulb" part is important to me as the tip can put enough pressure on the canal to create a good seal. There are also a few things I didn't like about these headphones. First, there is no way to adjust the volume in the headphones. Running in various noisy environments I really need a way to control the volume without having to pull out my phone every time I want to make a change. The sound quality also deteriorates in the lower range. I'm not an audiophile, but I definitely noticed that they sounded a bit "tinny" compared to similar headphones. Overall, these headphones are ok, but they fall short in a few key areas. I will definitely keep them as a backup pair but I don't think they will take the place of my daily riders.

Pros
  • Great construction
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging
