This mug arrived on time and as advertised. It's cylindrical, no holes except for a big one at the top, so there's no leak. It holds both hot drinks and cold drinks, and while I haven't tried room temperature liquids, I'm sure the design will stand up to the task well. It feels good in the hand with a nice weight-to-weight ratio. As an experiment I tried putting pens in and they stayed there all day which is excellent. All the words were printed in English so they were easy to read for me and my customers; Several chuckles were noticed and noted on the first day. The resemblance to Freud is good, the colors are bright and correct. Finally, the mug didn't taint my coffee, and preliminary lab results show my drink didn't contain any unwanted chemicals, unlike its cheaper competitors. So I recommend the Freudian cup for your standard daily liquid transfusion and general intake needs.
