Overall I think this tool is great because it helps my team brainstorm ideas and get the creative juices flowing. It also helps us organize our thoughts when planning and doing tasks, and also helps us to understand each other better and learn new skills and knowledge. I personally use it for task management (for myself), team brainstorming and planning. In addition, I use the visual layout to present and discuss complex topics with clients. My main feedback would be to make the templates and the templates themselves more consistent. For example, on most projects I have worked on the same layout template was used for multiple tasks and iterations. While the templates are already pretty clean and neat looking, they could use a little more thought into how certain tasks relate to others. As well, the interface does not allow for very many columns, so if you want to add extra details, you either have to click through to another page or manually enter them. This is something that should be taken care of soon, as it will make the app a lot more useful and usable. It would be nice to have the option to export the graph into a Word document or PDF. Also, having some sort of visual analytics within the app would be awesome, such as showing trends and heatmaps over time, etc.
