Review on iCarsoft CR Plus NEW VERSION: Ultimate Universal OBD2 Diagnostic Scanner for Multi-Brand Vehicles by Besim Kahsar

Completely refurbished. I was able to clean the oil on a 2015 Porsche Cayenne with no problem. Will NOT work with 2017 Range Rover L405. only programmed up to model year 2015. Tried to call iCarsoft and received a strange Chinese answering machine. Nobody can answer emails. To update! I'm still trying to work with this terrible company. They hardly answer emails, they have no idea about customer service. I have sent them all the fault reports and my VIN and it still doesn't work with a 2017+ Range or Land Rover product! DON'T BUY FULL SUPPORT FROM THE COMPANY AND LOSE MONEY!
