I read the reviews. I said to my husband "all the reviews say to assemble the top first” . yeah it didn’t matter. We did it by the book.So I’m writing this review to validate the following: assemble the top first and attach the four pillars at the end.The gazebo withstood a storm last night.The mesh curtain is surprisingly decent quality.2 of the 4 pillars were dented. The curtain hides it but it’s annoying to receive dented items.UPDATE: I’ve had this for 18 months and the canopy tore. I recommend getting the protection plan because it is REALLY hard to find a replacement canopy. The frame is still solid though.9
