First of all, the yoga mat I received did not match the website's description of its color. Even though I am aware that there can be tiny color variances, the difference was still obvious. The mat also had a strong chemical smell that persisted even after many days of blowing it out. I voiced my issues to the DYNAPRO customer support team, but they responded with indifference. I spoke with a representative who seemed uninterested in finding a solution and made no suggestions. Overall, I had a really negative experience with DYNAPRO. My irritation increased since the product's quality did not meet my expectations, and because there was no customer assistance. Based on my own experience, I am unable to endorse this business.
