Before ordering, I read other reviews and was a bit skeptical about the features of the app. I called Beurer customer service and they assured me that the bugs have been fixed and they have a return policy if anything happens. They were so accommodating and accommodating on the phone that I felt very safe and if anything were to happen I would be fine. I'm so lucky I followed my intuition. The scale arrived within a day and I immediately downloaded the app. Mistakes that made other customers dissatisfied didn't bother me at all. I was able to use it properly and keep my measurements in sync. I also appreciate the elegance of the scale, it looks great in my bathroom. All in all I would recommend buying it and suggest speaking to the support team first if anyone has any doubts!
