Much better than my regular selfie stick. Couldn't be better for the price. Robust expander design. Doesn't look like cheap metal. Keeps the phone level while moving for video or zoom calls. Obviously there are better stabilizers out there for 10x the cost, but for ease of use and something better than a standard $20 selfie stick, that's about it. UPDATE: The battery life of the stabilizer is not good. According to the description, it takes about 2 hours. The few times I've used it and used it fully charged I've had 20-30 minutes at best it just stops and I have to snap the holder back in place and use it like a regular selfie stick. At this point, the video is already downloading as it dies without warning. The gimbal lock mechanism is also very weak. A small squeeze unlocks it and the phone shakes uncontrollably until you touch the frame with your fingers to try to align and lock the phone in place. A solid construction of the main part of the self, ie stick. Weak suspension.
