The most frustrating thing was that I paid for delivery on the second day and it took over a week to receive it. You would think they would refund the extra money I paid for shipping. When I put the item in my cart it was only $82, when I checked it went up to over $100. As for coats, I have several Columbia jackets/coats and they all fit true to size. There's something wobbly about the sleeves, they're very tight and the lining comes out at the ends of the arms when you put it on so you'll need to make a few adjustments before it's comfortable enough to wear. If you look at it you will see that this is a seam defect. I like that it's light and still keeps you warm. Would have given this one more stars if it weren't for shipping issues and case defects.
