These are sized a bit too big around the chest. I have the smalls, and while I usually wear medium shirts I got the small because my chest is rather tiny. The shelf bra fits just fine. Plenty of room and everything can breathe without falling out. The rest of the chest is a bit too big though. The arm holes chafe against my arms because the fabric just sits out a bit and rubs my arms. The straps stay put and did not move at all. I just wish the arm holes were cut either a bit lower or higher to fix this. Where they fall now is just super annoying and I am scratching at them all day. The shirt looks a bit baggy with the extra fabric in the chest as well. Super comfy for lounging around, except for those arm holes.
