WOW this thing is sharp I work a lot with MDF on my router so I love the fact that carbide can be turned. MDF is quite abrasive so extending tool life is a lot of value, but this thing shines on my router because I've started cutting a lot of HDPE on both my router and I've had no luck with my cutter on my router. This left a bad turning surface for the motor so I decided to give my router a little try and oh my god it just replaced my flytrap. My cutter has a maximum speed of 5100 rpm, so with the 3 chip flutes I can maintain a high feed rate and the finish looks like I cast it on glass. It also cuts so cleanly and effortlessly, the HDPE doesn't bend or bend like a flypaper and create stress so it still lays flat after cutting. So I have a carbide side for MDF and a turn for HDPE. definitely worth the money. The mill has a speed of 5100 rpm, feed 1250 mm, milling machine - 15 thousand rpm, feed 3200 mm.
