Follow up - no help from seller

Used this machine twice and packed in a bag. Took it out yesterday and it doesn't work at all. There is water in the tank but no steam. Followed directions, only used distilled water and had no idea why it stopped working. I really liked it, it worked twice. I don't know how to contact the seller but I will try to complain directly.
