I found the installation easy but time consuming because it is difficult to work with in a small space but there are youtube videos to help you with the replacement. With this in mind, it would be wise and recommended to use this part instead of the generic parts as you only need to replace this part once. As for the other parts, I've read that they fail after a month or so.
