I injured the soft tissue on the outside just below the ankle on my right leg but thought it would pass and waited to do something. It didn't get any better, so they started heaving and freezing. It helped but didn't seem to get much better so I spent some time browsing through all the ankle support options and ordered this ankle brace. I put it on as soon as I got it and in the morning my ankle was much better. He continued to make good progress and was completely healed within a few days. Very very happy with this purchase!
