Installed on the 2019 Honda Pioneer 700. The positive wire from the engine touched the frame and caused a short circuit in the system. I called support and told them about my problem. I asked if I could remove the red (positive) nylon washer and shorten the screw to create a gap. Support said come on. This caused a short circuit as the positive wire touched the winch motor. The red nylon disc was reinstalled and the short circuit was fixed. I found that talking to customer service was like talking to a wall. zero knowledge. There are no downsides with the winch itself. Works very well.
