They looked fine, apart from reports that the screws holding the mirror itself to the stem were loose. The heads of those behind the glass and therefore inaccessible for dressing. Now that I'm as smart as I think the first thing I did after getting them was to apply moisture wicking LocTite to the exposed back of these bolts. My first chance to ride was a few days later, and by the 34-mile mark I had taped off a mirror before losing it entirely. Another problem was that the inserts for the steel clamps on my old bike couldn't be widened enough. They fit the aluminum bars I have here, but not the steel bars. I've made new inserts out of some scrap metal, but this can be a hindrance for some. They hold their setting well, have great vision thanks to the convex lens, and were surprisingly vibration-free until the hardware came loose. As one of them is unusable after one ride I have to give them a low rating. I've tried heating it up and removing the glass to fix it but to no avail so far. Apparently not heat sensitive glue holds it.
