Received the meter today but the pins on the cables did not fit the meter properly (too loose) (hence only 4 stars). I decided to contact AstroAI support. I called and left vm at the support phone number posted on Revain. They called me back in 30 minutes! The gentleman was very polite and helpful. He suggested adjusting the pins on the cable with a small Phillips screwdriver and see if that helps. If not he told me to return the Revain product for a replacement as it would be quicker than shipping. I was very impressed! I was able to fix the issue as suggested and the counter is now working properly. I can't attest to the longevity of the product yet, but I'm sure if any problems arise, I'll get good support from AstroAI! Thanks very much!
