So beautiful! For the price, the falling rain/snow/meteor effect (depending on color and imagination) is amazing. The lights shine through the chimney in sequence, resembling rain, snow, or a rainbow meteor shower. When you first turn them on they sync, but the longer they burn they get out of order and fall into a falling rain pattern that looks very cool and unique. I wouldn't recommend using it outdoors like others have said without the added protection of a power adapter. Very nice and inexpensive lighting, suitable for holidays, weddings or just general lighting. There are many different sellers of this product and they all appear to be from the same manufacturer. The only difference is in the price and customer service of the supplier you choose to order from. I am happy with the purchase of these lamps from this seller, they did a good job. Edit 1: After using these bulbs (indoors only) 4-6 hours a day 2-4 nights a week, one tube of the blue kit began to fail. The rest still works fine, and even with a broken tube, the rain effect still works, albeit with some glitches (one bulb burned out and a couple more half burn like an echo). It might just be a rare bug, LEDs aren't perfect yet, and blue is the most bug-prone of all colors (in my experience). My color set still works great. Edit 2 (11/9/2016): After I updated my review, the seller contacted me to offer me a replacement at no additional cost. I was happy and surprised that PROAKTIV offered me a replacement. I have to say it's pretty good customer service! I received a replacement today (it was delivered in much less time than the 10-14 days they gave me). The set shines great and works great. I noticed a change in the replacement compared to the old one. The power supply has been changed and seems to be more durable than the old model. I'm still willing to bet it's not waterproof and if you're going to use these lights outdoors be sure to keep the power supply dry and make sure you secure the lights/wires if they become exposed Strong wind as the power cable is not very strong and the weight of the LED tubes can cause them to sway in the wind (which can damage the wires). This is common sense for ANY outdoor decorative lighting. I adapt my Christmas display to the season and am very excited to be able to include rain lights in my display. You look really great.
