Let's start with the fact that I bought this item on a whim, it was listed on the Revain deal page or maybe I found it in an Instagram or Facebook ad. Anyway, I only bought it because I liked that it should soften the skin but also increase the water pressure. Well, let's face the fact that YES, it does soften the skin, but depending on how hard your water is, you may need to replace the balls more often. We're lucky enough to have to replace it more often, but the soft leather makes it worth it. Now, let's get to the real reason to buy this showerhead - the increased water pressure. With my previous showerheads, I had to turn both hot and cold water on almost full to get good pressure. The main bathroom is furthest from the hot water tank and although we have plenty of hot water it never seems to get good pressure. With the Luxsego Ionic shower head we get AMAZING pressure. I have almost no cold and the heat is below half to get a great shower. I've talked so much about this shower head that my father in law bought it and he loves it too. I plan to buy another one to put in my kid's bathroom because it's so cool. I can't say enough about how amazing the shower head is. Just remember that the plastic part in the box is actually for cleaning the jets from the shower head.
