Review on Crown Mark Devon Chair Table by Chuck Wooten

I initially liked the look of the table out of the box until I noticed there were nicks on the edge of the wonder apron on the side of the table top, as well as the edge of one of the legs. Obviously this was done by the factory as everything was very well lined with packing material. I was able to smooth out the imperfections with a sanding board and touch them up with a furniture handle. The bottom shelf cannot be screwed on by one person as you have to turn the table over and try to tighten the screws while propping up the shelf to attach the shelf without pre-drilled holes. I've decided to just put the shelf back in place but can't confirm how stable the table will be. The table is the perfect size for my space and the table top is attractive otherwise I would have sent it back. I hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
