I just learned from experience that this frother isn't waterproof, which is funny considering it needs to be rinsed after each use. seeps through the unsealed front buttons and into the internal electronics. If you turn the mug upside down to dry, any water on the bottom will seep through the uncapped screw holes into the motor, which is fully open. If you are unlucky enough to buy one of these blowers, or receive one as a gift, brace yourself for disappointment.
