I received the first one but unfortunately the handle was defective. It was quickly replaced and I was able to fit a new grip. It was so easy. However, be careful. After installation, be sure to ask someone in the house to open the door if you cannot open it from the outside. It quickly became clear to me that it had to be set correctly so that it could be opened and closed without jamming. You have to close both doors and try to open them from the outside. It was very easy to set up. Article of excellent quality and price. I wasn't given instructions, but since I was replacing a broken latch I had no problem figuring it out. If this is your first install, you'd better google it or watch a youtube video. I am very happy with my purchase.
