I work in the oil industry and I get a lot of blisters almost everywhere. I've used this on my legs, knees and hands and it works great. I've bought others but they seem to fall apart after a few uses. This pumice stone still looks almost new even after almost 3 weeks of use every other day. The rope on this one is thick, not a cheap thing that bends or breaks easily. Sticks to my shower hook and stays in place until I use it. The stone itself is very heavy. While I love using it, my wife doesn't because she doesn't have thickened skin like mine. When it comes to my feet, it works great on my heels and the side of my big toe. I wear steel toe boots and I'm really bad at them. With this stone, it just takes off like nothing. There are small dents where you can tell I've used it, but it still holds its shape and doesn't make a mess in the shower.
