The "black " stripe is definitely dark blue.
"Black" striped is definitely dark blue. I even got a replacement and it's still navy blue. Most people probably don't care but I bought this for a Pugglesey Addams costume for my son so I was really hoping for black. You should update the product description. Still a cute set of shirts that fit well.

- The material is good, but the T2-T3 size is larger than T2 than T3. Luckily my child is thin.
