The simplicity of creating landing pages is very easy to understand even if you don't have any experience with this kind of software or website development in general - it's not complicated at all! I like that they are constantly improving their product by listening to what customers need/want from them so there isn't much room left for improvement (yet). It would be nice though if we could create more than one template per category because sometimes when doing research our target audience changes which means having two identical versions will only confuse visitors instead of helping inform their decision making process. Our main goal was reaching out potential clients through different marketing channels but also providing an excellent customer service via online chat since people nowadays rarely want phone calls anymore especially during business hours. We were able to reach many new prospects who weren't aware about us before using these simple yet effective techniques thanks to great support.
