later I ordered one and broke the small metal lever pulling it back to insert the strap into the Fitbit's body. I returned it and ordered the exact same thing. This time I was sure to be gentle as I attached this second strip to my head, and success! However, when I tried to put it on my wrist, the buckle just popped off and my watch flew with it. We return it and buy a Fitbit branded bracelet. I'm sure this isn't always an issue, but I don't have high hopes for the durability of this model either.
