Still recommended, but small balloons don't work!
The miniature yellow balloons would not inflate. Everything else worked beautifully, but most of the little yellow balloons got lost and more balloons had to be bought to make the garland. Also, some of the sunflowers were torn and there weren't enough for the whole garland. I added some white and clear glitter balloons. Sunflowers are cut and glued without a tendril. We also added "Happy Birthday" balloons.
