Maybe a hasty 5 star rating, but so far so good. I installed it behind the headlight and A-pillar of a D-Series Ariel Rider (picture attached). It worked out of the box. Came with batteries. The keychain is nice and shiny with plastic elements but looks like stainless steel or chrome. The device is loud. Twitter Just like locking your car. I haven't really checked the distance from the controller to the device, assuming it's at least 30 feet. When you bump into the bike, a loud short burst resembling a grunt sounds and gets your attention. Carefully lifting the bike off the stand will give you the same level of attention. An immersive sound that's three times longer, just as loud, and a little amazing. Move the bike a few feet and everyone is looking your way because you're holding the bike with an annoying eardrum-piercing noise that I'd stick a plug in my eye to disable. I turned it off before it turned off every time, so I'm sorry I can't answer anything other than "long enough" to "how long has it been screaming". It's impressive and works with a small price tag. Good investment to protect your favorite things and cool too.
