We've bought a lot of different digging kits, so I wanted to find something that a kid who's done this before would love. This kit is the best! There are so many fossils and gems out there! Every time you find one, there's another waiting next to it to be discovered. All stones are polished and well polished and some of the fossils may have been polished as well and vary in size. Of course, you have to be careful when digging, as some fossils can also be quite fragile. By far the best set we have ever bought.
