Works if you align it like this.
Using this to wedge one side of the door, it will slide on the wood floor IF you wedge it on one side AND the door swings away from the wedge. Solution: Slide the wedge under the bottom, outside edge of the door, not on the inside or outside, but on the edge. This keeps the door securely in place in BOTH directions and firmly grips our slippery hardwood floor. Great product if that's how you use it. We have ordered 2 more.
