***Updated 4/4/21: My replacement mop no longer works. I thought my problems with the original mop were because my kids knocked it over. 1. Leak. stream sprays 3 times; then stop. If I take the bottle out and put it back in, I get another 1 or 2 sprays and then stop again. There seems to be a problem with the mop. I will replace it with another brand. End of update 4 Apr 21 *** I ordered my first mop in March just as the pandemic hit the US. She got lost on the way. I ordered a second one and it arrived open and with Chinese characters - there was no English anywhere on the packaging, not a Venitio product. The third one was also open, but in the right box with everything included. I saw good reviews so I really wanted to try this particular product and I'm glad I did. The washable wipes adhere perfectly to the mop head (the velcro is very strong!) and the bottle is easy to remove and fill with your own solution. The wipes won't shrink after washing, the bottle won't leak, and the sprayer provides wide and even coverage. I highly recommend this product! I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 due to shipping and product exchange issues. I've been using Swiffer products since they first came out, but I got tired of buying a solution, batteries and pads. I also have a steam cleaner, but it's too powerful for daily cleaning.
