I just got this mouse and it works fine. I have the previous version at work but bought this one for home. I would like to give a very important piece of advice: if you use it with a Mac and want to use a Bluetooth connection, you may encounter connection problems initially. For me it kept disconnecting and reconnecting and was unusable. However, thirty seconds of googling solved my problem. You just need to connect the included USB receiver to your Mac and connect your mouse to this receiver first. I believe it's a firmware update when you do this because I did it and left it plugged in for about a minute, then unplugged the receiver and plugged the mouse back in via bluetooth and voila, everything works great!
