I've had a few Bluetooth speakers that vary in price and quality. When I saw this little guy's review on YouTube, I knew I had to have it, mostly for the "cuteness" factor. I was drawn to the retro aesthetic of the overall design and the pixelated animation, but didn't expect to love all of the other features. At first, setup was easy. It connects easily to my phone and laptop via Bluetooth. The app was very easy to use and I love the fact that it has both a wake up function and a sleep function, both with their own library of audio options OR with your device's music. You can set it up to show random pixel art, selected pixel art, or (my favorite) the clock, weather reports, and/or the date. The sound quality is amazing for such a small person. It's a lot louder and clearer than other speakers of the same size I've had in the past. The quality of the device is quite good considering that at first glance it seems like a novelty. It is well weighted with rubber feet to keep it in place. Side panels, dials and buttons look like high-quality plastic. Overall, the manufacturer of the product far exceeded my expectations. But what I like most is the battery life. I really wanted to be able to use this speaker as an alarm clock without leaving it on all night and I'm happy to report that I've been using it as my main alarm clock for a full week and it hasn't died yet. on me. I am over the moon with my new speaker and will be buying another one in the future.
