Review on Suspension Pro 81201 Power πŸ”‹ Jack - Heavy-Duty 3500 lb. Capacity by Mike Ewing

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Power Jack fired after a few trips.

We bought this power connector from an RV store when we bought our RV. They installed it for us. The warranty for it is one year, which expired in April of this year. Last year we were only able to take our camper once as my husband had knee problems. The jack worked both times we used it this year. We returned in May this year and it worked both times we needed to use it. On our second trip of the year, it didn't work when we plugged in our RV to leave, but it worked when we plugged it in to come home. We went on vacation in August and it worked out both times. Then that last trip never worked. when we plugged it in to leave and then go home. Along with the installation, we paid about $199. So for that price, it worked seven times out of ten. While parked at the campsite we tried a few more times to see if it would work but it didn't. So we think he's completely shot. Also, my husband inflates his torn rotator cuff by turning the jack by hand. The jack is said to be manufactured by Suspension Pro but when I google I can't find any information on that company. I couldn't find many reviews for it either, except for a few on Revain.
