What to complain about

I don't understand the negative reviews on this power connector as it does what it is supposed to do, although it can be a bit noisy at times it does the job.

Pros
  • Full Travel 18"; movement speed 54 seconds; UV resistant coating; Waterproof; weatherproof switches; 3 Multi Bulb Work Lights
Cons
  • -

Works great but the head is too big and can't.

Works great, but the head is too big and can't open the back door of our truck. Our other was smaller and we could open the back of the truck.

Pros
  • bushing diameter 2-1/4 inch; Adjustable drop leg adds 6 inches to length; 27 Power consumption at full load
Cons
  • I don't like it, everything is fine

Scrap piece: Appearance

We've had this jack for 2 years and it just died camping. We could even just crank the crank, it had frozen. Water got into the motor Penetrated. Lesson learned: put a bag on it when not on the go. We returned to the handle, more reliable.

Pros
  • Durable powder coating; hardened steel gears; stainless steel fasteners; high strength 3/4" drive screw; Works from 12V; Self-lubricating drive nut
Cons
  • Crumpled packing

I am satisfied with the product

Just bought and installed yesterday. Installation was easy. Overall I'm happy with the product. It looks solidly built and raises and lowers the trailer easily. It's a bit slower than I thought but a friend told me that most electric jacks raise and lower at about the same speed as this one.I was pleased with the price and quick delivery from Revain.I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable electric trailer jack. Very happy with my purchase.

Pros
  • . Accessories include built-in circuit breaker, star washers and emergency handle; Trapezoidal screw, tube OD 2"
Cons
  • Short manual

Power Jack fired after a few trips.

We bought this power connector from an RV store when we bought our RV. They installed it for us. The warranty for it is one year, which expired in April of this year. Last year we were only able to take our camper once as my husband had knee problems. The jack worked both times we used it this year. We returned in May this year and it worked both times we needed to use it. On our second trip of the year, it didn't work when we plugged in our RV to leave, but it worked when we plugged it in to…

Pros
  • Internal automatic thermal protection; resettable circuit breaker; Soldered Electrical Connectors
Cons
  • Don't remember
