Really keen on cutlery and knife accessories

These knives were very sharp straight out of the box. I use them frequently. Eventually they will become less sharp (I never put them in the dishwasher) and then I'll sharpen them and see if I can get back to the original sharpness or get close to it. The knives appear to be sturdy, but time will tell. I will provide updates.
