You will have a very rewarding experience after solving this 3D ROKR Grand Prix Car Puzzle. With only 220 parts, this is an easy and time-consuming assembly. 95% of this puzzle is very well designed and constructed resulting in a very good fit and finish for the most part. However, there are a few places where I advise caution. The seats, body frame and rear panel are notched to allow each of these parts to flex and take their final curved shape. To prevent these parts from breaking at the intersections I suggest rubbing them (top and bottom) lightly with some warm water and then allowing them to soften before reassembling. Assembling step 10 (when assembly is about 90% complete), the exhaust manifolds should be inserted into the exhaust manifold assembled in step 5. The exhaust manifolds are bent and have tiny "notches" on either side of the end to be slotted into the manifold. The curved shape is weak because it runs across the grain of the plywood. The "shoes" make this assembly very difficult, and it is almost impossible to do this assembly with the exhaust manifolds (left and right) already installed. I suggest carefully cutting off the tiny "notches" on the sides of the exhaust manifolds. and also . Dry install (then remove) the exhaust manifolds in step 5. This should result in a very useful assembly.
