Okay, the tablet we received didn't look like what was promised or what the reviews said. Bought for my 11 year old daughter's birthday tomorrow. So, that makes me doubly excited. Firstly, the "new" tablet didn't start in your device's Android settings, but loaded directly on the unlock page. This should have been an immediate concern. Then I find that there is no way to update if the version is Android 6.0 and not 7.0. For some reason the clock was an hour ahead. I dug a little further: folders with files on the tablet were created in 2016. Everything is getting stranger and stranger. The tablet came out just a few months ago, how could its files be created in January 2016? I put the battery in the pen and decided to give it a try. It might work for my kid. I opened Sketch. There is a 1-2 second delay when drawing. I am shocked. I download another program (Artflow) that seems to be slightly better. The stylus stopped working 10 minutes after inserting the battery. Another indication that this is not a new tablet. In addition, the protective film on the screen is rough and does not allow smooth movements. It is very uncomfortable to touch. I have sent an email to Simbans. I have no idea when I will get an answer. Now I have to figure out how not to disappoint my little artist. So I guess check yours carefully. What I received did not match this product information at all.
