Great tire for road, gravel and hard trails

looks very stylish and trendy on my gravel bike. Tire width after assembly is 38.1mm (both). I ride them at 45-50psi both on road and hard trails and am very happy with the comfort, efficiency and stability. They also seem to offer a bit of rolling resistance (especially on the road), which of course is always appreciated. Pages. This means a smooth transition from a vertical position to a tilted position (when turning). But it can also mean less grip off-road but is not a problem on gravel and hard trails. I've found that the thread pattern in the center tends to retain small rocks and debris, which can be a tire penetration issue. Housing. Haven't ridden them enough to speak of durability and puncture resistance. But I check them out and clean up the rubbish after I drive them and I wish the service was a little more. mounted with or without tubes. So far there are no problems. Great tire for road, gravel and hard trails. Update 5/17/2021: A tiny piece of glass went through the center of the front tire between some small square ridges and also punctured the tube. Back then I went ahead with new wheels and mounted them tubeless (quite easy, no tools required) after I fixed the puncture. I run them at 42-44psi and they roll very smoothly.

Pros
  • ZSG natural rubber is durable and offers a superior ride. The puncture proof carcass reinforces the entire tire
Cons
  • Not sure
