There are disadvantages, but the product is usable.

Whether all of the above is a warranty case - I do not think. Most likely, the service will simply say - wear, improper operation, etc.
Even for such not a lot of money, they would have served for 1.5-2 years without any complaints - OK. But alas. Disappointment, JBL, huh?! What, if even a budget model, then the build quality, the quality of the microphone is not important?
I do not recommend to buy.

Pros

Convenient case, good autonomy, sound for a confident four for me for this segment.

Cons

Use as a headset is terrible. The interlocutors, in order to hear well, have to pretty much raise their voices. Rubber pads began to turn yellow after a couple of months. After 5 months of use, they started charging crookedly. Either they charge, or they don't. Either one or the other. Although it seems like the contacts are all clean. 6 months - partially fell off the rubber pad on one. Now the case won't close completely. And, curiously, how the headset is now not perceived by devices, now it's finally just headphones) I supplement . after 9 months one earphone does not connect .
