There was no software to download files. Especially when ripping CDA (Audio CD) files, they must first be converted to MP3 before the files can be saved to folders on the device. I had to fit my own earbuds with noise-cancelling caps, which help drown out jet noise and background noise. Most headphones without noise canceling caps are a waste of time.
