It's much easier to use punched grommets for installing wires into sockets than screwing them onto screws. The screws to fix the white and black wires are not easy to handle. In most sockets I've worked with, these screws stay out of the socket body when loosened, making it easier to wrap the wire around the screw. The screws on these bushings don't stay in place when loosened, making it difficult to wrap wire around them. It's hard to explain, but after installing two sockets, it becomes very annoying.
