The best thing about this tool is that it helps us to reach our target audience at their place of work, which has always been an issue with other marketing tools we've used in the past. It also allows for very quick response times from customer support when issues arise (which they do occasionally). I wish there was more flexibility around how you can use your data within the platform - sometimes we need access to some information but are unable to see where or what we're allowed to share. We have had success using lister as part of a wider campaign across multiple channels including social media.
