We have been able to quickly identify high risk patients, flag them for our pharmacist so they can be monitored more closely in order to ensure compliance with their medication therapy regimens.

It has also allowed us to track changes that were made by providers or staff members which is helpful when we are looking at claims data from prior years (ie., determining if there was an increase/decrease of medications). I wish it had better integration into EMRs - would make life easier! Also, sometimes some fields do not populate properly; this makes tracking progress difficult because one needs to go back through each provider note just to see what changed since last time around.
