I got the size for my Lexus LS460 from 2007. It's bigger than I expected but it fits really well because the LS has a big windscreen. I would say the medium size fits most medium to large vehicles but might be too big for a small car/truck. I also tested it on my 2006 Tundra and it fits perfectly. I use it every day in my car at work here in California where it gets very hot. I particularly like the reflective front with a black back. Helps cool the car. I park right in front of my car in the midday sun and without shade it's terrible. Overall I am very happy with this shade. I have the third time in 4 years because they always break. I will update this review if it fails. By the way, I have tinted windows on all windows EXCEPT the windshield. I find that the combination of tinted side and rear windows maximizes the benefit of using this sun visor.
