The units are excellent. The fan is quiet. Neither unit had a HEPA filter when they arrived. I wrote to the seller. They were quick and honest and quickly got me a replacement. I will be buying more to have one in every office in my practice. I put a filter in the 10x10 cabinet and closed the door. A noticeable difference in the freshness of the air could be seen after just 2 hours. I don't know if UV-C really kills germs and viruses, but my customers notice and appreciate the efforts made to keep the air clean.
