These were fairly easy to install. They come with nice little bracelets you can snap the light into. BUT, the very first thing you should do is. Take the screws included in the pack. Walk over and throw them in the trash.I installed mine in a solid wood beam in our garage. The first screw went in about 3/4 of the way in before the Phillips head stripped out. I should have learned something here. The next didn’t even go half way in before it stripped out.The lights are very lightweight. I didn’t expect a lot for the price. The light output is ok. I think I expected a little bit more. But, it’s a garage. Not a surgical suite. Luckily I removed one of the old ones so I can use it over my workbench. Don’t get me wrong. They’re great lights for the price. I was hoping for brighter. But I’m happy enough. I have three, one over each parking space. They are completely adequate for my needs. Just plain light. If you’re lighting a workbench or shop area. You might want brighter. But these are fine for my needs. I would recommend them to a friend.Okay, here is an update d review. After I installed the lights. My wife came in and said they were very bright. I installed them with the garage door open. So they might not have appeared too bright. But today I went in. Turned them on. And they were plenty bright for my garage. Definitely worth the money.
