I like how simple this application makes managing my business's events so much easier! It does not require me or anyone else at our organization (which consists solely out front-of house) have specialized training; we are able just simply download/install onto phones & tablets as well utilize within minutes without needing additional help with anything but basic tasks such us creating new users accounts etc..

The only downside would be if you do need assistance then there may take some time getting used too since they will still ask questions about your specific situation which seems very thorough however once installed its pretty self explanatory after first couple times using them - even though i am relatively familiar woth other software systems before switching over here!! We were looking into different applications prior trying something more user friendly than what existed previously when working off paper menus vs having digital menu options available 24 hrs 7 days 365 weeks year round.
